What Is The Difference Between The V4, Compact, and Trek?
While the RVLock V4, Compact, and Trek do fit the same cut out size, they do have some differences.

The Compact lock is 25% lighter to reduce stress on doors that are all glass. It is also only 4.5" wide versus the V4 5.5" wide. If your rig has a full length window or a folding hand rail, there may not be enough space for the V4 or Trek. If your door does not fit either of these criteria we would recommend the V4 or Trek as the full metal is more durable.
