Why Does My Lock Have Two Cylinders?

Edited

The keypad and remote fob only operate the deadbolt cylinder. This cylinder is a tight key fit that can only be operated by your key. We are required to have the second(master) cylinder for dealership purposes. This cylinder is a much more loose key fit that your key, as well as master keys, can operate. This means that most of your security comes from the deadbolt cylinder. For added security when you are away from the rig for an extended period of time you may use both cylinders.
