What If My Entry Door Is Too Thin?

The standard door thickness is 1 ½". The locks are built for that standard size. We have a spacer available for purchase if your door is between 1 ¼" - 1 ½".

*Note that this only applies to our Compact, V4 Handles, Trek, and Charter. If you have the Atlas Handle the door thickness needs to be exactly 1 ½".

Please contact us to purchase the spacer. If your door is thinner than that, it may require modification.
