Troubleshooting Steps To Connect BT Pro+ to Android

Troubleshooting steps for connecting an Android to RVLock BT Pro+

If you are having trouble connecting your Android device to the BT Pro+, please follow the instructions below. If you are still unable to connect, please contact us. 

  1. Unplug and plug in the module.

  2. Hold down the button on the BT Pro+ for 10 seconds to reset it. 

  3. Enable location services - We do not view or use this information but on some android phones it is required. 

  4. Check if the device shows in your phones bluetooth settings. If it does not, turn your bluetooth off and back on.
