What To Do If I Get Locked Out?

*NOTE: We suggest ALWAYS keeping a spare key outside the trailer as the key will always override the circuitry.
Use the physical key if it's available.
If the deadbolt does not seem to be retracting when using the keypad or fob, try leaning up against the door while entering the code to help release some of the pressure on the deadbolt.
If none of those options are available, check to see if a window is open to crawl through and open it from within.
If that is not possible, the last resort is to call a locksmith.
Once the door is open, contact us to troubleshoot and get the lock working smoothly again. Monday - Friday 8 A.M. - 3 P.M. MST
